This performance took place on January 17, 1993, as one of the many pre-inaugural events leading up to the Bill Clinton inaugration. "A Call for Reunion: A Musical Celebration," aired by HBO, was a two-day event that featured a wide variety of musical acts spanning multiple genres and cultures. Along with the saxophone laden performance featured here, the celebration also included Michael Jackson, Kenny Rogers, Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Bob Dylan, Luther Vandross, Ray Charles, Michael Bolton, Kathleen Battle (with Kenny G), and others. This New York Times articled, THE INAUGURATION: A Musical Smorgasbord; 2 Concerts Gel Sounds of America, notes that Quincy Jones organized the music. Their performance  "Arkansas Traveler" and "Heartbreak Hotel." The saxophonists here are:
